Our sizing follows standard European measurements. For optimal layering (especially important for our jackets and fleeces), we recommend checking the specific product’s size chart and considering sizing up if you plan to wear multiple layers underneath. Our winter parkas and jackets are designed for urban winters and moderate outdoor conditions. While they feature premium insulation and weather-resistant materials, they’re not intended for arctic expeditions. For the harshest conditions, we recommend layering our synthetic vests under our winter parkas for added warmth.

Absolutely! Many of our customers wear our button-down shirts and casual pants in professional settings. The Scandinavian-inspired designs offer a smart-casual aesthetic that transitions well from work to weekend. Our wool sweaters in particular are office favourites for their polished look and temperature-regulating properties.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) as well as PayPal for secure checkout. All transactions are processed with bank-level encryption for your security.

We process orders quickly to get your adventure gear to you promptly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet entered the dispatch phase (typically within 24 hours of ordering).

We offer two adventure-ready shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
2. Free Shipping: On orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

Both options include full tracking from our London warehouse. During peak seasons (November-January), please allow additional processing time.

We deliver worldwide from our London hub, except to some Asian countries and remote regions where reliable courier service isn’t available. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can ship to your location. For specific inquiries, contact our customer service team.

For international orders outside the UK, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. While we handle all necessary documentation, these fees are the customer’s responsibility and are typically collected upon delivery. We recommend checking your local customs policies before ordering.

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order details. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Once we receive your returned item at our London facility, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. For size or colour changes, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original purchase following our standard return process. This ensures you secure the preferred item before returning the original.
