G-Loft Supreme
G-Loft Supreme was developed for Fjällräven by the insulation experts at Goldeck Textil in Austria. It consists of a blend of thin, hollow polyester fibres – 10 % of which are recycled. They have the natural ability to bundle, creating small air cushions similar to down feathers. This trapped air insulates against the cold by storing your own body heat. G-Loft also has the ability to return to its original shape. This memory effect is created by the recycled polyester fibres: they are stiffer than raw polyester fibres and give the material its bounce. This property is retained even after many washes and long periods of wear.
