Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Like choosing the right jacket for your adventure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your selection.
Expedition Notes:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Baseball Caps and Belts unless faulty. All other gear in our collection is eligible for return when conditions are met.
The Return Journey
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our Expedition Team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary details:
Send your request to [email protected] or reply to your order confirmation email.
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please include this number with your return.
Step 3: Pack & Ship
Securely package your items with original tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
The Exchange Path
For size exchanges, follow the same process as returns. Include a note specifying your desired size/color. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item, subject to availability.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds process within 3-5 business days, appearing on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles
- Original Payment Method: Funds will return to your original payment method
- Exchange Shipping: We’ll cover standard shipping costs for replacement items
Faulty Gear Protocol
If you receive damaged or defective items, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
Global Adventurer Note:
For international returns outside the UK, please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping costs or any import duties paid.
