Our London-based team carefully prepares each order within 1-2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
- Standard Expedition (10-15 days): £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – tracked door-to-door service
- Free Voyage (15-25 days): Complimentary EMS shipping for orders over £50
Global Adventurer Note: We ship worldwide except to select remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers may be responsible for local customs fees – these are not included in your order total.
Our Returns Promise
Like choosing the right jacket for unpredictable weather, we want you to be completely satisfied with your selection. Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery if in original condition with tags attached.
Expedition Essentials: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Baseball Caps and Belts unless faulty. All other gear is returnable when conditions are met.
The Return Journey
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Reason for return
Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address:

Step 3: Pack & Ship
Securely package items with original tags and include the packing slip. Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service.
The Exchange Path
For size/color exchanges, follow the return process and specify your desired replacement. We’ll cover standard shipping for the replacement item once we receive your return (subject to availability).
Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days to process, appears on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles
- Original Payment Method: Funds return to your original payment source
Faulty Gear Protocol
If you receive damaged or defective items, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
